Our Story

Why We Built ReliefPro

We built ReliefPro after living this problem ourselves—working relief shifts and running buildings along the way.

On both sides, we saw the same thing: getting short-term coverage shouldn’t be complicated, slow, or opaque. But too often, the tools available made it hard to know who was available, how quickly help could be found, or how the process actually worked behind the scenes.

What was missing wasn't effort - it was technology.

ReliefPro was built to provide a real-time way for buildings and relief professionals to connect directly, with clearer visibility and fewer layers. A platform designed around how building coverage actually happens, not how it’s been handled historically.

We built ReliefPro together—as relief professionals and building managers—so the system reflects the needs of both. The goal wasn’t to reinvent the work, but to remove friction and make coordination more straightforward, transparent, and fair.

ReliefPro uses technology to support dependable coverage and professional relationships, helping buildings operate smoothly while giving relief professionals more clarity and control over their work.

On the seeker side, getting your foot in the door was often next to impossible unless you knew someone or paid your way through a staffing agency. Having worked my way up in the industry, I’ve seen this problem from every angle. ReliefPro was built out of that shared frustration—to simplify coverage for buildings and create a fair, straightforward path for seekers to access real opportunities."
