ReliefPro is a platform that connects NYC buildings and seekers through posted relief shifts. Buildings post coverage needs, and seekers choose which shifts to accept through the platform. ReliefPro provides tools to support transparency and access for both sides.
Buildings access ReliefPro through a monthly or annual subscription, along with a per-shift platform fee. Per-shift amounts may vary, and all fees are displayed before confirming a shift. Pricing details are shown clearly upfront.
Timing varies based on role, location, and availability. Once a shift is posted, it becomes visible on the platform for seekers to view and choose whether to accept. For planned needs, shifts can also be posted days or weeks in advance.
ReliefPro is a platform for accessing posted shifts. Any decisions or arrangements made outside the platform are between the building and the individual and are not facilitated by ReliefPro.
Create an account, complete your profile, and finish the required account verification steps. Once those steps are completed, you’ll be able to view available shifts and choose which ones to accept through the platform.
Yes. The amount shown for each shift is the amount the seeker receives after completion.
Shifts are posted across a range of common building service categories, such as doorman, porter, superintendent, and handyman (general maintenance). Specific tasks and requirements vary by posting, with shifts available across New York City.
ReliefPro currently operates across New York City, including all five boroughs. We’re actively working to expand into additional markets. If you’d like to be notified when ReliefPro becomes available in your area, you can get in touch with our team.
Earnings are issued after a shift is completed and processed through the platform. Processing begins following completion, and timing may vary based on processing and banking requirements. Earnings are delivered securely via direct deposit.
ReliefPro includes account verification steps completed through third-party services, such as identity confirmation and background check reporting. Some background check services may provide ongoing updates after sign-up. These steps are intended to support platform integrity and do not assess skills, experience, or suitability for any shift.
ReliefPro offers platform support to help address issues related to shift postings or communication. Support may assist with updating or reposting a shift through the platform, but ReliefPro does not guarantee coverage or replacement.
Yes. Seekers can access and accept shifts at different buildings through the platform, based on availability and posted opportunities.
If you’re unable to attend a shift you previously accepted, timely communication through the platform is important. Repeated failures to communicate may affect continued access to the platform.
